2. Products

We sell dried flower bouquets. Because each bouquet is made from natural dried materials, slight variations in colour, shape and size may occur and are part of their natural character. Product images are for illustration, and the item you receive may vary slightly.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming the details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom only, and shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We make every effort to display product information, descriptions and prices accurately. If we discover an error, we will correct it and, where it affects your order, contact you before proceeding.
