We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum order value.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, start processing the next business day.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the customer's address provided at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@ardonex.shop and we will help track it down.
