Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–3 business days, so you can expect your bouquet within 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please email support@ardonex.shop as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it for you.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my bouquet?
Yes. You can return any bouquet within 30 days of delivery, whether it's defective or you simply changed your mind.
How do I return an item?
Email support@ardonex.shop with your order number. We'll send you a free prepaid return label to download and print, then you send the parcel back by mail.
Do you charge for returns?
No. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 10 days of receiving your return, in GBP (£) to your original PayPal payment method.
My bouquet arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Please email us photos of the bouquet and packaging within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out quickly.

How can I pay?
We accept payment through PayPal. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP £).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full payment details.
Our bouquets
Are these real flowers?
Yes. Our bouquets are made from real, natural dried flowers and grasses, not artificial ones.
How long do dried flowers last?
With simple care, our bouquets last 12 months or more.
Do they need water?
No. Dried flowers should be kept away from water and humidity.
How do I care for them?
Keep your bouquet out of direct sunlight, away from water and steamy rooms, and dust gently with a hairdryer on the cool, low setting.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?
Because every bouquet is made from natural materials, colour, shape and size can vary slightly. A little natural shedding is normal too.
Is a vase included?
No. Vases are not included.
